COLOUR CHARTS: These are available on
our website. However, if necessary we can
offer a colour matching service. Please send
a sample of the colour required and we will
match to the nearest possible shade. |

EMBROIDERY DESIGNS: If you require
silks for a design from one of Helen M
Stevens’ books please supply the following
information:-
BOOK NAME/PAGE NUMBER/PLATE NUMBER. Please
confirm whether you require silks for the
whole plate or part plate. |

REPEAT ORDERS: when re-ordering
repeat silks, if possible, please enclose a
sample of previous order to match to. |

CLASS OR PROJECT DATES: If you
require your silks for a class or project
please confirm your class or project date so
that we can ensure your silks arrive on
time. |

PAYPAL INVOICE -
MAIL ORDER: If you wish to pay by
Paypal we can send you an invoice via e-mail
for payment. Upon receipt you pay the
invoice through Paypal in the usual way.
A valid e-mail address will be required for
this option. |

CHEQUES/BANKERS DRAFT: All cheques
must be in Sterling (UK Pounds) and Bankers
Drafts must be drawn on a London Bank. All
bank charges must be paid by you. |

ONLINE ORDERS:
All
credit/debit card orders placed online are
made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure
the privacy and security of your
information. All payment transactions take
place on the secure encrypted server of our
payment processor (PayPal) - we never have
access to your card details at any time. |

DELIVERY:
Most orders are wound to your specific
requirements so delivery is normally within
10 days from receipt. However, at busy times
delivery may take up to 21 days from receipt
of your order. |

OUR GUARANTEE &
RETURNS: If you are not happy
with your silks we will refund the cost of
the silks only, provided that the silks are
returned in perfect condition, as supplied
in their original packaging. Please return
within 14 days of receipt. We do not pay
return postage costs. |
