SUMMER WORKSHOP CLOSURE: The workshop will be closed from Thursday 1st August 2024, re-opening on Monday 12th August 2024.
ALL OUR SILKS ARE INDIVIDUALLY WOUND TO EACH CUSTOMER'S INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS.
The silks are specialised, and due to the extensive colour range, it is very difficult for us to hold all the shades ready for immediate despatch.
Usual delivery is within 10 days from receipt of the order (within the UK), but during busy times and after holiday/workshop closures, this delivery may be extended to up to 21 days.

Therefore, please let us know if your order is required for a particular project with a completion deadline or if you have just run out and are trying to finish your piece for a commission! You may have a class looming and have forgotten to order your silks…… whatever the reason, please email us at susanpeck@pipers-silks.com, and we will do our very best to see that you have your silks on time.
We cannot promise to work miracles, but we come close now and then!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: overseas delivery will depend upon your country's postal services. These will be charged at the current rate at the time. Please enquire about available express delivery options if you require your silks urgently.
IMPORT DUTY AND HANDLING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS FROM THE EU
Your order might be subject to customs duty and handling charges at the point of entry to your country of residence; such charges are the customer's responsibility.
Goods leaving the UK for the EU and the Rest of the World will be charged Import Duty & Import VAT at the rate applied by the destination country.
As the buyer, you are responsible for these, and we recommend you check any possible charges in your country before you purchase.
